Zone Startup is the international footprint of the Toronto-based Ryerson Futures Inc. – the technology accelerator and investment arm of Ryerson University. Zone Startups India is located in the Bombay Stock Exchange tower in Mumbai housing close to 90 early stage technology companies. Zone Startup India, the accelerator offers State of the art work space, Mentorship – Functional, Business Experts & Industry Panel, Market Development & Business Development Support, Networking & Branding opportunities, Funding Opportunity, Access to North American market and Peer-to-Peer mentoring. The Fund offers Investment to these companies working with them over 3-9 monthss before making any investment decisions.

We have internship openings in the following verticals,

*Business research and Data gathering

*Research and Financial Analyst

*Client and peer Communication

*Data Management and Team building

Requirements:

Ideally, the intern would be spending a minimum of 4-6 months with us but this is negotiable depending on the interest and profile.

Department hopping will be allowed, for those who wish to be all rounder.

Applicant should be available for a morning internship in order to get the right kind of training and knowledge. A minimum of 5 hours a day would be required out of the candidate in order to realize the highest potential of this internship and grow.

A second year student would be preferable. However we would consider first and third year under-graduates and post graduates. Skill sets, interest, punctuality, discipline and dedication would play a major role during selection.

Capable Interns get an opportunity to convert this internship to a Full Time Job post their graduation.

We won't be providing accommodation to applicants from outside of Mumbai as such, though a lot of students look for accommodation with their friends in Mumbai and we will certainly try our best to help selected candidates for stay with other amazing folks in our Mumbai circle.
