It's that time of the year when students move out of the wonderful cocoon that the college has created to develop and nurture them, into full-grown butterflies - ready to take on the world with their skills. 

Mentoria is currently offering students from Jai Hind College the opportunity to be a part of a nation building initiative. Mentoria is a comprehensive ecosystem which enables individuals to discover the careers they will enjoy and excel at. 

A vast majority of young individuals (in India and globally) end up in courses and careers that they will later detest/be sub-optimal in, as the career decisions they make are more often than not based on either lack of knowledge, parental and peer pressure or at best, academic scores.

We believe that if we could offer students (and their parents) an opportunity to peek into the future career path they are most likely to enjoy traversing and handhold them throughout this discovery process, we could facilitate accurate career decisions, leading to happier individuals, families, and nations.

Ballers Media Group - Internship

Marketing Research Intern

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting the CXO's with research in the Sports, Entertainment and Media sectors.
• Assisting with finding new leads and collating with them.
• Providing general logistical/organizational support to the team.

Ideal Candidate:

• Research and Writing Skills.
• Should be proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel/Word
• Ability to analyze and summarize data efficiently and compellingly
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines.

Ideal Candidate:

• Should have great aesthetic sense and be able to work in a flexible yet challenging work environment.
• Should be proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word/Powerpoint
• Should have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines.

• Draft content for marketing collaterals - emails and presentations for CXO level presentations
• Draft content for BMG's social media pages - FB and LinkedIn
• Draft stories for press releases, media alerts and other stories

Ideal Candidate

• Should ideally have been studying in a related field eg: Literature/Marketing/Communications/PR
• Should be proficient in MS Office Suite especially Word/Powerpoint
• An effective communicator both written and oral.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
