An Event Management Company initiated in 2011, this company helps in organizing events ranging from corporate conferences and seminars to launches,It also provides all the support needed like marketing, finance management activities for its clients.

Apart from being prominent in the corporate and entertainment sector, AEM also has an education wing i.e IIMUN - an organisation which has a work force of 26,000 people across 108 cities and 15 countries between the age bracket of 16 to 25 years.

Designation: Business Development Executive 



Job Description: 

• Working in Business Development you will be involved in pitching and boardroom presenting at level.This will require meticulous 
planning and proposal writing. 
• Your main area of focus will be to generate new leads with the aim of 
creating more opportunities for the 
organization. 
• Business Development involves cold calls, scheduling appointments
preparing and delivering presentation to the prospective institutions and 
corporate companies, for delegate relations and marketing. 
• Once sufficiently trained, an opportunity to explore different verticals of PR, Marketing & Business Management, whilst leading teams based in 
different cities 
• Maintain regular contact with Key Clients. Effectively communicate with 
clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication. 
• Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities. 
• A Business Developer usually works as part of a team 
and closely with other organisation departments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Eligibility: Marksheet of plus two Examination will be required in case the 
prospective student passes the interview stage. 
• Work Timings: 09:00 hours- 18:00 hours, except Sunday. 
• Prior experience in organizing conferences or events. 
• Business Developers need strong communication skills, both in verbal as 
well as written skills. 
• A Business Developer will need to have strong research, crisis management 
and critical thinking abilities. 
• Business Developers need to be skilled at agreeing and closing deals with 
clients. 
• Excellent organisational skills are essential as well as performance will be a monitoring requirement. 
• Must be microsoft office able to operate and associated 
programs.

Lock in Period :1 year.

Compensation: INR 3,00,000 – INR 4,80,000 Per annum
