About Zone Startups India Fund

Zone Startups India Fund is an INR 100 Cr. seed fund with potential ticket sizes of INR 30 lakhs – 5 Crores per startup.

Target investments will be for startups working in the space of IT and Web Based Technologies for globally scalable with a majority focus on B2B/enterprise solutions. Zone Startups India Fund is connected to an accelerator based out of the BSE Building in Mumbai, “Zone Startups India”.

We have internship openings in the following verticals:

*Business Development

*Research

We do welcome Part-Time interns too.

The Office is just a stone’s throw away from the Churchgate Station. Additionally, there has been a steady stream of documentation, research and analysis work coming our way.

Requirements:

Ideally, the intern would be spending a minimum of 4-6 months with us but this is negotiable depending on the interest and profile.

Applicant should be available for a morning internship in order to get the right kind of training and knowledge. A minimum of 5 hours a day would be required out of the candidate in order to realize the highest potential of this internship and grow.

Being in this sector with a great emphasis on quality of output, things that we are looking for in potential applicants are:-

i. Proficiency with MS Word;

ii. Hardworking;

iii. Ability to draft and research;

iv. Work ethic;

v. Discipline and clarity of thinking;

vi. Ability of interacts;

vii. General curiosity and eagerness to learn;

viii. Analytical thinking and general reading

ix. Willingness to confirm to office timings i.e.10 a.m. - 6 30 p.m.

A second year student would be preferable. However we would consider first and third year under-graduates and post graduates Depending on the Dynamism and Skill. Skill sets, interest, punctuality, discipline and dedication would play a major role during selection.

Capable Interns get an opportunity to convert this internship to a Full Time Job post their graduation.

We won't be providing accommodation to applicants from outside of Mumbai as such, though a lot of students look for accommodation with their friends in Mumbai and we will certainly try our best to help selected candidates for stay with other amazing folks in our Mumbai circle.

However, we would consider first and third year under-graduates and post graduates depending on the Dynamism and Skill.

Skill sets, interest, punctuality, discipline and dedication would play a major role during selection.
