Department – Tenant Advisory Group  (Strategic Real estate consulting for corporate office occupiers across the country. Involves end to end process management for MNC and Local companies for all real estate related requirements)

Office Location – Bandra Kurla Complex - Mumbai

CTC PA –  4L p.a

Job Type – On company roll and full time

Working days – 5 (Mon-Fri)

 Support the team on on-going mandates. Some of the tasks entailed (subject to the individual’s capabilities) would encapsulate:

·         Market Research.

·         Data Collation & Gap Analysis of stock.

·         Support documentation and pitch presentation.

·         Create a database of organizations which can be used to introduce company service lines.

·         Assist in filling in gaps in certain collateral and presentations.

·         Property research & Inspections,

·         Support team in Business Development – cold calling, client meetings… under guidance but basis intern potential to do so.

On the job training and guidance will be provided by the mentor/team

Skills:

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills (articulate)

·         Good analytical & presentation skills

·         Good knowledge of MS Office (word, excel & power point)

·         Good Geographic knowledge of Mumbai and adjoining areas

·         Smart and confident
