Designation – Associate Role & Responsibilities 

 Track newspapers, websites for developments in multiple sectors.
 Map out organizational structures for different industries through primary research / making calls and seeking information.
 Generate a list of candidates at a leadership level for a specific function and industry through primary research
 Creatively network within organizations to get an insight about people and the business.
 Work closely with Principals in full search mandate lifecycle. 
 Creation of IP‐BI reports, Sector reports, Candidate Reports, Progress Reports, Reference Check Report  etc
 Classification of Resumes and Database Management
 Monitoring the junior researcher
 Tracking Key people Moves
 Contribute to firm wide activities like internal hiring, organizing events, employee engagement programs etc ELIGIBILITY
 10th standard (SSC, CBSE, ICSE): 80% and above
 12th standard (HSC, CBSE, ISC): 80% and above 
 Strong communication skills
 Confidence and energy 
 Ability to adapt and multitask 
 Participation in extra‐curricular activities – sports or cultural will be an advantage
