RBS is visiting our Campus in the 2nd Week on January


Selection Process
1. Pre- Placement Talk - A.V Room, 8:05 a.m
2. Online Aptitude Test (219, 2nd floor, Old Building) 9:15 a.m
3. GD
4. PI

Candidates must be seated in the AV Room at 8:05 a.m Sharp. Carry extra copies (5 copies) of your CV. 

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Role:   Processor-Operations

Function: OSSI and C&IB Operations India

Reports to:  Process Manager

Grade: 2 (Analyst corporate title)

Purpose of the role:  

This role is responsible for processing the daily volumes to meet the SLAs as defined in the service schedule and ensure the basic criteria are adhered to. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

 Ensure timely and accurate closure of assigned tasks and activities

 Perform all functions in line with internal and external targets

 Ensure queries are investigated accurately and raised with the relevant parties without delay and escalate where needed

 Review manual or ineffective processes which could be automated, or enhanced, to enable the provision of superior client support

 Build and maintain key relationships with colleagues across Operations and Front Office

 Ensure zero error rates through accuracy and controls adherence

 Continuous process improvement

 Good level of understanding with regards to Risk & Control

 Investigate root cause of issues, discrepancies and strive to prevent its recurrence through various initiatives

 Understand and follow the escalation matrix and levels both internally and externally.

 Assisting to respond to ad-hoc queries and from key WCRS stakeholders


Other Significant Role Requirements 

Delivery Focused: Commitment to deliver both BAU and ad hoc responsibilities to the highest standards. Willingness to learn and deliver within a short span of time. Communicating Effectively: Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written). The ability to effectively communicate to key stakeholders through both written and verbal communication mediums.
Stakeholder Management and Influencing:The ability to manage and influence business stakeholders and senior management in order to successfully deliver BAU.


Continuous Improvement: 

The ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processes.

Thinking Long term : Has the potential to learn and move up to complex roles / managerial roles


Essential

 Ability to operate in a dynamic environment of growth and change

 Able to demonstrate strong problem solving skills with a logical approach. The individual will need to look at root cause of any issue and drive through initiatives to prevent reoccurrence

 Team player, reliable, proactive, conscientious, with an eye for detail.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Ability to work under pressure and to defined timelines


Desirable

 Ability to multi task

 Desire for, and ability to, influence continuous improvement in team service, process and quality.

 Thorough understanding of product and processes, banking systems

 Understanding of the industry and customers
