Job Type – On company roll and full time
Working days – 5 (Mon-Fri)
Support the team on on-going mandates. Some of the tasks entailed (subject to the individual’s capabilities) would encapsulate:
· Market Research.
· Data Collation & Gap Analysis of stock.
· Support documentation and pitch presentation.
· Create a database of organizations which can be used to introduce company service lines.
· Assist in filling in gaps in certain collateral and presentations.
· Property research & Inspections,
· Support team in Business Development – cold calling, client meetings… under guidance but basis intern potential to do so.
On the job training and guidance will be provided by the mentor/team
Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (articulate)
· Good analytical & presentation skills
· Good knowledge of MS Office (word, excel & power point)
· Good Geographic knowledge of Mumbai and adjoining areas
· Smart and confident
