Map out organizational structures for different industries through primary research / making calls and seeking information.
Generate a list of candidates at a leadership level for a specific function and industry through primary research
Creatively network within organizations to get an insight about people and the business.
Work closely with Principals in full search mandate lifecycle.
Creation of IP‐BI reports, Sector reports, Candidate Reports, Progress Reports, Reference Check Report etc
Classification of Resumes and Database Management
Monitoring the junior researcher
Tracking Key people Moves
Contribute to firm wide activities like internal hiring, organizing events, employee engagement programs etc ELIGIBILITY
10th standard (SSC, CBSE, ICSE): 80% and above
12th standard (HSC, CBSE, ISC): 80% and above
Strong communication skills
